Card holder shall be responsible for handling of his/her Canteen Card In case of tampering/loss, new card shall be allotted by the canteen committee after receiving an application from the member and charging fine of ₹ 50.00 from him/her.

Card holder need to show his/her card at counter designated for same colour card. On every transaction card holder should sign on the log book/account sheet of his/her account available at the counter and get signed by cashier  at the counter  on this card in given slot.

In case, person fails to show his/her card, he/she has to pay for every meal as per price list for Non-Members.

Card holders are requested to recharge their Card once balance nears ₹ 200.00.
